NANAPHUN RESORT is possessed by NANAPHUN STORE, Limited, which was set up on 1990.
NANAPHUN STORE takes care of the development of this project and of the leasing of the resort building.

1.2 Facts on NANAPHUN Resort
NANAPHUN RESORT has been considered of building for vacation with all facilities as in a hotel. It is located in Nai Harn Beach on the island of Phuket, in a still quiet area, at not far from the beach. It is composed of 9 buildings: it lies in the vicinity of natural fine-looking pond area. Each building (around 40 m2 with terrace or balcony) includes bedrooms with air conditioning, bathroom, WC, kitchen facility, with cable TV, refrigerator and telephone. They are all arranged and furnished with modern comfort. At the present time, the reception desk with a small tour counter has been arranged in office building at the entrance of our resort.
The construction is built in a relaxing tropical garden with natural fine looking pond-side view.
1.3 Leasing
NANAPHUN STORE leases these buildings for a period from 1 to 10 years.
An estimation of the charges for each of the aforesaid possibilities is enclosed. They are defined with accuracy in a contract between the lessee and NANAPHUN STORE.
2. LEASING PRICE AND LEASING REGISTRATION FEE
2.1 Leasing price Price of an fully equipped building: 150,000 Baht/1 Year; 600,000 Baht/5 Years and 1,000,000 Baht /10 Years. Purchase plan
Deposit fee to reserve the building : 10% of leasing price
2nd installment contract signing : 40% of leasing price
Final payment by leasing delivery : 50% of leasing price
Remark:
These price are subject to change without prior notice
The lessee has to pay all fees due for the official registration
On the date which the leasing contract is conveyed to the lessee : the lessee must pay the following additional basis maintenance's charges :
Staff (technician, security guard and gardener)
Administrator fee
Maintenance fee (electricity and products for maintenance of the common area)
Insurance (fire, water, storm, civil liability and government tax of apartment).

3. MONTHLY AND YEARLY CHARGES
According to the use of the buildings, the lessee will have to pay the following charges (these amounts are only for exemplar information and can be adjust with explanation to the lessee representatives)
